1. When staying on the boat how many rooms does the rate include?
The rate is based on twin/double cabin. if you take a single cabin you will pay the single supplement.
2. Does the junk boat have double beds or are there just single beds?
Yes, the boat have double bed (twin) and single beds
3. Do the cabins have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning and fan.
4. Have the bedrooms en-suite facilities with private bathroom?
Yes, the bedrooms have en-suite facilities with private bathroom.
5. If we are a family of 2 adults and 1 child 5 years old. What is the bedding arrangement if we share the same cabin?
If you have 2 adults and 1 child of 5 year old the bedding arrangement 1 twin/ double cabin. You will share the same cabin. Your child of 5 year old is free of charge
6. Is there an electricity supply aboard the junk?
Yes, we do have electricity supply aboard to ensure the light at all time and that the air con working properly. So you can use your gadget to support the flat battery
7. Could you let me know how big is the group on the Chinese Junk?
Our Junk is small and cozy. It is not for the big group. It just accommodates small group of 8-12 people allowing maximum of flexibility and privacy. Our Junk boat is more personal and authentic.
8. Would the price include a hotel pick up to Halong Bay (where we catch the junk), and also a drop off at our hotel after the cruise?
The return transportation to/from Halong bay is included. Pick up & Drop will be from your
hotel in Hanoi.
9. Where we will be collected in Hanoi?
You will be picked up and dropped off from your hotel in Hanoi. You can advise us your hotel
10. When booked the tour through your web site. How do we pick up the ticket and what guarantee do we have that we get what we have paid for. Or in case of discrepancy who should we contact when in Hanoi.

11. Are there any hidden costs? example.. do we pay to get into the caves, beaches?
No, there will be no hidden costs. The entrance to caves, beaches are included

12. Can you provide vegetarian food on the cruise?
Yes, vegetarian and diet meals are provided on the cruise
13. Could we bring additional beer/wine on board during the cruise or can we arrange to have the boat be well stocked with beer?

The boat have enough beer/wine/soft drinks/water in supply. You can have it at your liking. The food on boat is included and you just pay for the drink.
14. Are there any additional booking charges?
No, there are no additional booking charges.

15. How would payment be made?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (visa, master card or Amex)
